持续质量改进在压疮护理管理中的作用

摘要
目的探究持续质量改进在压疮护理管理中的影响作用。方法选取该院2017年6月—2018年8月期间接收的住院患者152例,其中接收常规压疮护理管理的76例患者为对照组,另外76例接受持续质量改进护理管理,为观察组,比较分析两组的压疮发生率和护理满意度。结果观察组压疮发生率(3.95%)低于对照组(15.79%),其护理总体满意度(97.37%)高于对照组(86.84%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进在压疮护理管理中效果显著,能够有效降低压疮发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective To study the effect of continuous quality improvement in the nursing management of pressure cores.Methods 152 cases of inpatients treated in our hospital from June 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 76 cases in each, the control group used the routine pressure core management, while the observation group used the continuous quality improvement, and the incidence rate of pressure cores and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of pressure cores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(3.95% vs 15.79%), and the total nursing satisfactory degree was higher than that in the control group(97.37% vs 86.84%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of continuous quality improvement in the nursing management of pressure cores is obvious, which can effectively reduce the incidence rate of pressure cores and improve the nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth clinical practice.
