丙泊酚、芬太尼在输卵管结扎术中临床效果观察

摘要
目的探讨丙泊酚、芬太尼在输卵管结扎术中临床效果观察。方法选择2010年3月至2012年10月在我站进行诊治的输卵管结扎术210例,根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组,各105例。对照组采用丙泊酚静脉麻醉,治疗组给予丙泊酚联合芬太尼静脉全麻。结果治疗组和对照组的镇痛优良率分别为97.1和85.7%(P<0.05),治疗组的苏醒时间为(5.12±1.90)min,明显低于对照组的(15.7±8.72)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚联合芬太尼在输卵管结扎术中不良反应少,易被育龄妇女接受,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of propofol and fentanyl in the tubal ligation. Methods We selected 210 cases of patients with tubal ligation diagnosed and treatment in our station from March 2010 to October 2012, according to random drawing principle, 210 cases were divided into treatment group and study group, 105 cases in each group. The control group were given intravenous anesthesia with propofol, while the treatment group were given intravenous anesthesia with propofol combined fentanyl. Results Excellent rate of analgesia in treatment and study group were respectively 97.1 and 85.7%(P < 0.05). The recovery time in treatment group was(5.12±1.90)min, in control group was(15.7±8.72)min, differences had statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Propofol combined fentanyl in tubal ligation with less adverse reaction, easily accepted by women of childbearing age, it is worthy of popularization and application.
