摘要
以自制的保护型缩宫素MBHA树脂为原料,通过优化裂解反应中的裂解液配比、反应时间并在低反应浓度下采用双氧水氧化进行成环反应,建立了缩宫素新生产工艺。新生产工艺操作简便、省时高效,且所得中间产物的含量提高、杂质减少,对缩宫素粗品纯化有利。
Using self-made protective oxytocin MBHA resin as a raw material, a new process for the production of oxytocin was established by optimizing the ratio of lysate in cleavage solution, reaction time and cyclization reaction by oxidation of hydrogen peroxide at low reaction concentration. This process was simple, time-saving and efficient, and the content of intermediate products was increased and the impurities were reduced, which was of benefit to the purification of crude oxytocin.
