自动痔疮套扎术治疗轻中度痔疮分析

摘要
目的探究自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)治疗轻中度痔疮的效果,为临床提供指导。方法以2015年4月~2017年4月我院270例轻中度痔疮患者作为观察对象,随机将270例患者分为RPH组(135例,应用自动痔疮套扎术治疗)、传统组(135例,应用传统手术治疗)。均随访半年,研究对比RPH组和传统组患者的临床疗效、手术时间、创面愈合时间、并发症发生率及复发率。结果 RPH组患者总有效率(93.33%)略高于传统组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);RPH组患者手术时间[(10.79±2.25)min]、创面愈合时间[(7.24±2.10)d]相比传统组[(20.24±2.35)min、(15.36±3.45)d]明显更短,P<0.05;RPH组患者并发症发生率(2.22%)、复发率(4.44%)相比传统组(17.78%、20.00%)明显更低,P<0.05。结论对轻中度痔疮患者采取自动痔疮套扎术治疗效果明显,且并发症少。
Objective To explore the effect of treatment of mild to moderate hemorrhoids with automatic hemorrhoids ligation(RPH) and provide guidance for clinical treatment. Methods From April 2015 to April 2017, 270 patients with mild to moderate hemorrhoids in our hospital were selected as research object, all patients were randomly divided into the RPH group(135 cases, application of automatic hemorrhoids ligation) and the traditional group(135 cases, application of traditional surgery). All patients were followed up for half a year. The clinical efficacy, surgical time, wound healing time, complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between RPH group and traditional group. Results The total effective rate(93.33%) in RPH group was slightly higher than that in the traditional group, but there was no significant difference between two groups, P > 0.05. In the RPH group, the operation time [(10.79±2.25) min] and wound healing time [(7.24±2.10) d] was significantly shorter than those of the traditional group [(20.24±2.35) min,(15.36±3.45)d], and P < 0.05. The incidence of complications(2.22%) and recurrence rate(4.44%) in RPH group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group(17.78%, 20.00%), and P < 0.05. Conclusion For patients with mild to moderate hemorrhoids, automatic hemorrhoids ligation is effective and less complication.
