摘要

改革开放四十年以来,农村经济迅速发展,农民生活水平不断提高。与此同时,经济的发展带来环境的恶化,严重阻碍了"乡村振兴"战略的实施。建设美丽乡村是加强农村生态文明建设、全面深化农村改革的重要环节,农民作为美丽乡村建设的主要参与者,在治理农村污染,建设美丽乡村过程中发挥着主体性作用。
        Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,the rural economy has developed rapidly and the living standards of farmers have continuously improved. At the same time,the economic development has brought about the deterioration of the environment,which has seriously hindered the implementation of the "rural revitalization"strategy. The construction of beautiful countryside is an important link to strengthen the construction of rural ecological civilization and comprehensively deepen rural reform. As the main participant in the construction of beautiful countryside,farmers play a principal role in the process of controlling rural pollution and building beautiful countrysides.
