农业保险购买意愿的影响因素分析——以广东省196户小规模兼业农户为例

摘要
本文着眼于政策性农业保险的购买意愿,以我国广东省196个农户样本为依据,对农业保险购买意愿的因素进行实证分析。结果表明:农户对农业风险的认知程度、遭受农业风险程度、农业收入占比、自身参保经历、赔付情况、他人参保经历,以及农地区位对农业保险的购买意愿有显著影响。重视赔付机制的示范效应,完善政策性农业保险运作机制,重视不同农业经营主体的多样化保险需求将有利于提升农业保险的覆盖面,实现小农户与现代农业发展的有机衔接。
This paper focuses on the purchase intention of policy-based agricultural insurance.Based on the sample of 196 rural households in Guangdong province,this paper analyzes the factors of agricultural insurance purchase intention in an empirical approach.The results show that the factors like the farmers' awareness of agricultural risks,the degree of agricultural risk,the proportion of agricultural income,their own insurance experience,the payment situation,the experience of others participating in insurance,and the farmland location have a significant impact on the purchase intention of agricultural insurance.It is of great importance to improve the coverage of agricultural insurance by the demonstration effect of compensation mechanism,the improvement of the operational mechanism of policy agricultural insurance and the emphasis of the diversified insurance demands of different agricultural management entities to realize the organic connection between the small households and the modern agricultural development.
