摘要
目的了解云南省基层疾控机构卫生应急人员对卫生应急培训课程的需求,为制定卫生应急培训课程架构提供科学依据。方法抽取云南省基层疾控机构从事卫生应急工作人员182人进行问卷调查,对课程培训需求相关内容采用因子分析。结果对培训课程需求共提取3个公因子,方差累计贡献率为61.967%,提示基层疾控机构卫生应急人员培训需求主要集中在现场处置与卫生应急管理、卫生应急方法/技术与软件应用以及卫生应急相关科研3方面。因子得分显示,不同类型的基层疾控机构卫生应急人员对卫生应急培训的需求程度不同。结论卫生应急培训应以需求为导向,丰富和合理培训课程内容设置,针对不同类型、不同需求层次的卫生应急人员开展不同层次和类型的培训。
        [Objective]To investigate the curricula training needs for public health emergency among public health emergency professionals from grassroots agencies of disease control and prevention in Yunnan Province,and provide scientific basis for developing health emergency training curriculum structure. [Methods] A total of 182 professionals engaging in public health emergency from the different levels of grassroots centers for disease control and prevention were sampled and surveyed by questionnaire. Data related to training needs were analyzed by the method of factor analysis. [Results] Three component factors were abstracted from the training needs related variables according to the factor analysis(cumulative sum of squared loadings reached 61.967%),which indicated that the training needs for public health emergency among grassroots professionals mainly concentrated in three aspects,including field disposition/health emergency management,methods/skills/software applied in public health emergency,and scientific research. Factor scores of general curricula training needs indicated that professionals from different types of grassroots centers for disease control and prevention showed different needs on the curricula setting for public health emergency training. [Conclusion] The curricula setting in training program for public health emergency should be planed according to the needs and requirements,while various styles and levels of training program should be designed for different professionals with different levels of needs and requirements.
