摘要

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,社会主要矛盾发生变化,乡村振兴战略稳步实施,城乡融合发展面临崭新的历史机遇。城乡融合发展是要消除城乡二元结构,让城市和乡村逐渐融为一体,最终实现城乡经济、政治、社会、文化、生态协调发展。总结了中国城乡融合发展的主要成绩和历史经验,探讨了当前城乡融合发展的主要问题,提出推进城乡生产经营融合、资产收入融合、要素资源融合、人力资本融合、基础建设融合、管理服务融合等六个融合的对策建议,以期真正扭转城乡二元的历史格局。
        Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, the major social contradictions have changed, the strategy of rural revitalization has been implemented steadily, and the integrated development of urban and rural areas is facing a new historical opportunity. The integrated development of urban and rural areas aims to eliminate the dual structure of urban and rural areas, gradually integrate urban and rural areas, and finally achieve coordinated economic, political, social, cultural and ecological development of urban and rural areas. The article summarizes the main achievements and historical experience of the development of China's urban and rural integration, discusses the main problems of urban and rural integration development, put forward to promote urban and rural elements, assets income merge their production and operation, resources integration, integration of human capital, infrastructure integration, management, service integration and so on six countermeasures and Suggestions of a fusion, in order to really reverse the history of urban and rural dual structure.
