摘要
随着计算机仿真技术的快速发展,越来越多的企业或科研机构应用仿真技术进行系统的仿真与优化研究,提前验证系统设计方案,量化评估系统能力,实现系统的优化升级。可知,仿真效果的真实性直接影响着仿真结果的可信度。针对某企业部件装配生产线,应用Flexsim系统仿真软件对其进行了建模仿真,针对仿真模型中存在的运输设备碰撞问题提出了一套全新的解决方案,并应用Flexsim软件对方案进行了仿真验证,证实了该方案的可行性。
With the rapid development of computer simulation technology,more and more enterprises or scientific research institutions chose simulation technology to carry out research of system simulation and optimization,verify the system design plan in advance,assess system capability quantitatively,optimize and upgrade the system.Therefore,the truth of the simulation effect directly affected the confidence level of the simulation results.Firstly,introduced the operation logic of transportation equipment in an enterprise component assembly line,and the modeling and simulation for the assembly line was realized by using Flexsim software,then proposed a new set of solutions for the collision problem of transport equipment in Flexsim simulation software,finally,used Flexsim to verify the scheme and verify the feasibility of the scheme.
