摘要
论述自然通风冷却塔噪声产生机理、源强特性,分析其采用HJ2.4-2009导则中噪声衰减计算模式的适用性。以某内陆核电厂冷却塔为例,运用该导则噪声衰减计算模式,对冷却塔的噪声影响情况进行分析,得出分析结论意见。总结冷却塔的主要噪声治理措施,结合核电厂须设置一定范围非居住区边界的环保法规要求,探讨将核电厂自然通风冷却塔噪声达标排放的考核点从用地红线延伸至非居住区边界或非居住区边界与项目用地红线的包络线,然后综合周边敏感点分布和试运行期监测结果,再采取技术经济合理可行的降噪方案。这种方式既可解决噪声矛盾问题,又符合企业实际情况,还可以降低环保投资费用。
        The noise generation mechanism and source intensity characteristics of natural ventilation cooling towers are discussed, and the applicability of the noise attenuation calculation model in HJ2.4-2009 guidelines is analyzed. With the cooling tower of an inland nuclear power plant as an example, using the noise attenuation calculation model in the guideline,the noise influence of the cooling tower is analyzed, and the conclusion is proposed. The main noise control measures for cooling towers are summarized. According to the environmental protection regulation and the requirement that the nuclear power plant needs to set up a certain range of exclusion area, it is suggested that the noise emission assessment point of the natural ventilation cooling tower be extended from the red line of land to the boundary of the exclusion area, or to the envelop of the exclusion area and the red line of land. Then, synthesizing the distribution of sensitive points around the area and the monitoring results in trial operation period, a technically economical, reasonable and feasible noise reduction scheme is proposed and applied. This scheme can solve the noise problem and accord with the actual situation of the enterprise as well as reduce the cost of environment protection investment.
