摘要

目的探讨护理工作量的决策树分析在护理质量综合评价中的应用效果。方法应用SPSS 18.0统计软件包中决策树2自动交互检测法分析全院护理工作数量指标,并按工作量的等级分布将各病区归类到不同的护理工作量集群中,为护理质量评比提供准备。结果经决策树分析,当月各病区工作量指标中"病危病人数"(P<0.01)是护理工作量指标中的首优变量,以此为分类依据将22个病区归类合并成3个护理工作量集群,最后分别在3个护理工作量集群中按护理质量考核分值进行排名。结论决策树分析法为护理质量考核提供同级的护理工作量平台,减少了护理工作量差异对护理质量评价的影响,提高了护理质量在同级护理负荷单元之间的可比性。
        Objective To explore the application and effects of nursing workload analysis by decision tree method in the nursing quality evaluation. Methods Quantity indexes of nursing were analyzed by Chi- squared Automatic Interaction Detector( CHAID) in SPSS 18. 0. The nursing units were divided into different groups according to their workload rank,which provided preparation for comprehensive evaluation of nursing quality. Results According to decision tree analysis,the number of critical patients was high- priority variable( P < 0. 01). According to this indicator,22 wards were classified into 3 different workload groups. Later,in these 3 groups,their nursing quality were evaluated and ranked. Conclusion The decision tree method can provide same- level nursing workload platform for quality examination,minimize the influence of nursing workload discrepancies on nursing quality evaluation,and make nursing quality more comparable in the same nursing workload level.
