小柴胡汤合桃红四物汤加龙牡治疗瘀热互结型不寐的个案报道

摘要
通过一例小柴胡汤合桃红四物汤加龙牡治疗瘀热互结不寐的个案报道,论述祛瘀泻热法治疗不寐的辨证论治新思路。分析其病机治法、组方用药,阐述"治病必求于本"对于治疗不寐的重要性。小柴胡汤合桃红四物汤加龙牡治疗瘀热互结型不寐疗效显著。治疗时,依据"六经八纲辨证"原则,明确病机,仔细辨证,精准用药,方能效如桴鼓。
This study aims to explore a new way of treating the intersection of blood stasis and heat of insomnia by Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction and Longgu Muli. Through analyzing the pathogenesis,therapy method,prescription and medication in this case,it elaborates the importance of"treating disease must be based on fundamental"for the treatment of insomnia. It has a significant clinical efficacy of this treatment scheme for the treatment of the intersection of blood stasis and heat of insomnia. In the course of treatment,according to the principle of"differentiation of Liujing and Bagang",it should clarify the pathogenesis,carefully make the differentiation of symptom,and also give the precise medication. Hence,it will have a significant clinical efficacy.
