摘要
随着建筑业的进步发展,超高层建筑的施工技术水平也在不断的提升。目前,单元式幕墙在我国的超高层建筑中得到广泛的应用,但超高层、超大型的单元板块幕墙施工难度大,采用传统的安装模式难以满足施工的各项要求。超高层超大型单元板块幕墙施工技术在海西商务大厦项目的应用实例,针对其施工过程中的难点,采用"单元板块起吊点选择""环形轨道""可自动松紧缆风绳"3项技术措施,快速而又精准地完成了幕墙工程的施工作业。文章基此探析其应用特点、工艺原理、操作要点及经济效益。探析结果表明,采用该施工技术在节省了空间加快了安装效率的同时,更能节约安装成本,带来良好的经济效益及社会效益,显示了该工艺的可行性。
With the development of the construction industry,the construction technology level of super high-rise buildings is also constantly improving. At present,the unit type curtain wall has been widely used in China's super high-rise buildings. The construction of super high-rise and super-large unit panel curtain walls is difficult,and it is difficult to meet the construction requirements by the traditional installation mode. In this paper,through the application example of super high-rise super large unit plate curtain wall construction technology in Haixi Commercial Building project,for the difficulties in the construction process,the three items of"unit plate lifting point selection","circular track"and"automatic elastic cable wind rope"are adopted. The technical measures quickly and accurately completed the construction work of the curtain wall project,and analyzed its application characteristics,process principles,operation points and economic benefits. Practice shows that the use of this construction technology saves space and speeds up the installation efficiency,while saving installation costs,bringing good economic and social benefits,showing the feasibility of the process.
