新高考改革急需建立指导教师制度——来自美国指导教师制度的启示

摘要

我国的新高考改革将传统的文理分科考试变为"3+X"模式,高中阶段的教学及管理方式将迎来大变革,高考的方式也将从"规定"时代进入相对自由的"自选"时代。但同时也意味着选课、选考成为学生面临的新问题,故须建立指导教师制度。美国的教师指导制度已逾百年,它通过全面的培养目标、有组织的课程体系、明确的就业标准以及严格的认证程序,培养出大量专业的学校指导教师,可为学生提供有效的学业指导,较好地解决了高中生面临的选课难题。美国的指导教师制度,对于我国的高考制度改革具有一定的借鉴意义。
        Chinese new college entrance examination reform will change the traditional liberal arts and science subject examination into the"3+X"mode. The teaching and management mode of senior high school will usher in great changes, and the college entrance examination will enter an era of relatively free"self-selection"mode from the"regulation"mode. It also means that course selection and examination will bring out new problems for students. It is necessary to establish a system of instructors. The American school counselor system has existed for more than one hundred years. Through comprehensive training objectives, organization of curriculum system, clear employment standards and strict certification procedures, a large number of professional school instructors will be cultivated, who can give students effective academic guidance and solve the high school students' problems of course selection commendably. The American school counselor system provides certain reference for the reform of the college entrance examination system of our country.
