地铁工程造价动态管理中的问题及措施研究

摘要
我国城市人口近年来呈不断上升趋势,也加大了交通方面的压力。地铁是我国常见的交通工具之一,地铁不仅能够为人们提供舒适感与安全感,还能够缓解城市交通的压力,但是由于地铁建设过程中需要较大难度,需要复杂高超的施工技术,所以必须在施工过程中加强对地铁建设的动态监控机制,以此确保地铁在施工过程中能够尽可能的降低生产成本[1],下文就地铁工程造价动态管理中存在的问题进行分析,并采取对应措施进行解决。
China's urban population has been on the rise in recent years, and it has also increased the pressure on transportation. The subway is one of the common means of transportation in China. The subway can not only provide people with comfort and security, but also relieve the pressure of urban traffic. However, due to the difficulty in the construction of the subway, complex and superb construction techniques are required. So it is necessary to strengthen the dynamic monitoring mechanism of subway construction during the construction process to ensure that the subway can reduce production cost as much as possible. The following is an analysis of the problems existing in the dynamic management of subway construction cost, and take corresponding measures to resolve the problems.
