摘要
目的评价零食健康教育对儿童零食知信行的影响效果,为改善儿童零食行为提供依据。方法采取随机整群抽样方法,从深圳市宝安区5所小学中各抽取二年级2个班级的学生共512名,于2016年10月—2017年6月开展零食健康教育,干预前后分别开展问卷调查。结果经过健康教育干预后,调查对象对大部分零食营养相关知识点的知晓率有所提高,购买零食时首先考虑的因素由好吃、营养、卫生转变为营养、卫生、好吃,经常食用的零食种类从饼干、薯片和方便面转变为水果类,选择白开水、果汁、纯牛奶和酸奶作为经常饮用的饮料的儿童人数明显增多,每天吃零食超过3次以及在小商店和路边摊点购买零食的不良行为得到了改善,购买零食时阅读营养标签的人数明显增多。结论零食健康教育对于提高儿童对零食的认识,改善儿童零食行为具有积极意义。
        Objective To assess the effect of the snack health education which influenced the knowledge,attitude,and behavior of the children,and provide the scientific evidence for improving the snack behavior of children.Methods Used random cluster sampling method,a total of 512 students were selected from five primary schools in Bao'an District; two classes in the second grade were selected from each school.The selected students were intervened with the nutritional education from October 2016 to June 2017.Questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the nutritional education.Results After the nutritional intervention,the students' knowledge of the nutrition among most snack was improved.The factors that were considered in the first place when purchasing snacks were shifted from the taste,nutrition,and hygiene to nutrition,hygiene,and the taste.The variety of snacks had changed from biscuits,chips and instant noodles to fruit.The number of children who chose boiled water,juice,pure milk and yogurt as the regular drinks were increased significantly.The bad behavior such as eating snacks more than 3 times a day and buying snacks in the small shops and roadside stalls had ameliorated,and the number of people who read nutrition labels when buying snacks had increased significantly.Conclusion Snack health education is significant in raising the children's awareness of snacks and improving children's snack behavior.
