2种杀虫剂对柑橘大实蝇的室内毒力测定

摘要
柑橘大实蝇是为害柑橘类果实的毁灭性害虫。本研究采用饲喂法测定了丁硫克百威和阿维菌素对柑橘大实蝇雌成虫、雄成虫的毒力。结果表明,施药后24、48、72 h,丁硫克百威对雌成虫的LC50分别为93.06、45.43、7.04 mg/L,对雄成虫的LC50分别为91.09、27.41、6.78 mg/L;阿维菌素对雌成虫的LC50分别为34.44、5.04、2.22 mg/L,对雄成虫的LC50分别为56.71、7.57、3.37 mg/L。丁硫克百威和阿维菌素对柑橘大实蝇雌成虫和雄成虫均具有一定的毒力,且毒力可持续72 h,但雌成虫、雄成虫之间的毒力差异不明显;阿维菌素对柑橘大实蝇雌成虫、雄成虫的毒力高于丁硫克百威,但这种差异性随药后时间的延长而减小。本研究为柑橘大实蝇诱杀剂的开发和应用提供了一定的理论依据。
        Bactrocera minax is a devastating pest that attacks citrus fruits.The toxicity bioassay of carbosulfan and abamectinto female and male adult Bactrocera minax was carried out using feeding method in the laboratory.The results showed that carbosulfan against adult Bactrocera minax with LC50 values of 93.06 mg/L in female and 91.09 mg/L in male after 24 h,45.43 mg/L in female and 27.41 mg/L in male after 48 h,7.04 mg/L in female and 6.78 mg/L in male after 72 h,respectively.While abamectin against adult Bactrocera minax with LC50 values of 34.44 mg/L in female and 56.71 mg/L in male after 24 h,5.04 mg/L in female and 7.57 mg/L in male after 48 h,2.22 mg/L in female and 3.37 mg/L in male after 72 h,respectively.Carbosulfan and abamectin had the extent toxicity with 72 h to adult Bactrocera minax,without difference between female and male.Abamectin had the higher toxicity than carbosulfan,and this difference decreased with the exposure time.The results provided a theoretical basis for the development and application of attractive toxicants.
