马氏珠母贝金黄壳色选育群体与养殖群体血清免疫酶活力比较

摘要
为了给金黄壳色选育群体与性状评价提供参考,本研究从金黄壳色选育群体与对照养殖群体取样进行植核育珠,植核手术后第7天与第30天,比较2个群体成活率与留核率差异,同时比较了植核手术后第7天2个群体血清免疫酶活力差异。结果表明:植核后第7天与第30天,金黄壳色选育群体的留核率与成活率显著大于养殖群体(P<0.05);植核前与植核后第7天,金黄壳色选育群体碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶、溶菌酶、亮氨酸氨基肽酶、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶、酚氧化酶显著大于养殖群体(P<0.05);金黄壳色选育群体的过氧化氢酶活力大于养殖群体,但2个群体的差异不显著(P>0.05);金黄壳色选育群体的丙二醛的含量均小于养殖群体。因此休养期间金黄壳色选育群体的育珠性状优于大于对照养殖群体。
        To provide references for yellow colored line selection and trait evaluation, the yellow colored line and the cultured stock were subjected for nucleation in this study. On the 7 thday and 30 thday after the nucleus insertion operation, the retention rate and survival rate of the two groups were compared. The differences of serum immunase activity between the two groups on the 7 thday after nucleus insertion operation were also evaluated. The results showed that the retention rate and survival rate of yellow colored line were significantly greater than those of the cultured stock on the 7 thday and 30 thday after nucleation operation(P < 0.05). The yellow colored line had significantly higher alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase, lysozyme, leucine arylamidase, superoxide dismutase, and glutathione peroxidase and monophenol oxidase than the cultured stock before nucleus insertion operation and on the 7 thday after nucleus insertion operation(P < 0.05). The yellow colored line had higher catalase activity than the cultured stock before nucleus insertion operation and on the 7 thday after nucleus insertion operation. However, the differences between the stocks were not significant(P > 0.05). The yellow colored line had smaller malondialdehyde content than the cultured stock.The pearl production traits of the yellow colored line during the recuperation period after nucleus insertion operation are prior to those of the cultured stock.
