摘要
钻井旋冲技术因其快速高效的特点,具有明显的经济效益,因此被广泛应用于各类勘探开发、钻探开采领域,尤其是在页岩气开发中具有巨大的发展潜力。射流式液动冲击工具的能量利用率高,相应的适应性好,具有很高的应用价值。在钻进过程中和螺杆马达钻具配合可以很好的避免施工周期长、钻进效率低、钻探成本高等难题。本文围绕射流式液动冲击共具理论分析与结构设计,对冲击工具工作原理进行简要分析,对工具结构强度进行校核,完成了钻井用射流式液动冲击工具的结构设计。
        Because of its fast and efficient characteristics and obvious economic benefits,drilling rotary impact technology has been widely used in various fields of exploration and development,drilling and exploitation,especially in shale gas development,which has great potential for development. The jet hydraulic impact tool has high energy utilization rate,good adaptability and high application value. In the process of drilling,the problems of long construction period,low drilling efficiency and high drilling cost can be well avoided by cooperating with screw motor drilling tools. In this paper,based on the theoretical analysis and structural design of the jet hydraulic impact tool,the working principle of the impact tool is briefly analyzed,the structural strength of the tool is checked,and the structural design of the jet hydraulic impact tool for drilling is completed.
