黄煌运用黄芩汤治疗妇科疾病的经验

摘要
黄煌教授从方-病-人的辨证体系出发,擅用黄芩汤原方治疗多种妇科疾病,如不孕、崩漏、痛经、子宫内膜癌术后调理等。此类女性可见宫热,具体表现为脐温较高。肤白,唇舌红,眼睑红等也是其重要体征。临床症状还可见大便黏臭,口腔溃疡,牙龈出血,月经量大,色鲜红等。黄芩汤可清宫热,改变热性体质状态,为疾病向愈提供必要条件。黄煌教授通过对经典原文的解读及多年的临床经验总结出了黄芩汤的现代方证和适用人群特征以及疾病谱。
Professor HUANG Huang, based on the syndrome differentiation system of formula-disease-human, is adept at using the original prescription of Huangqin Decoction to treat various gynecological diseases, such as infertility, metrorrhagia,dysmenorrhea, post-operative management of endometrial cancer, etc. These women may have uterine fever, which is manifested in higher umbilical cord temperature. White skin, red lip and tongue, and red eyelids are also important characters. The clinical symptoms are also presented as gunky and foul smelling stool, oral ulcer, bleeding gums, menorrhagia, red menses. Huangqin Decoction could lower the temperature of uterus, change hot body constitution, and provide the necessary conditions of curing disease. Professor HUANG Huang summarized modern formula and syndrome as well as the character of applicable population based on study of classical original text and many years of clinical experience.
