摘要
针对采煤机调高系统响应慢、精度低和抗干扰性差等问题,提出了一种鲸鱼优化算法,利用其对采煤机调高系统PID控制器的参数进行整定,并在MATLAB中进行仿真,同时与其他控制算法进行对比。结果表明,采用鲸鱼算法进行PID参数整定的采煤机调高系统动态性能得到提高,具有泛化能力强、超调量低和稳定性高等优点。
Aiming at the problems of slow response, low control precision and poor anti-interference of shearer elevation system, a whale optimization algorithm was proposed. The parameters of the PID controller of the shearer elevation control system were tuned by using it and simulated in MATLAB. At the same time, it was compared with other control algorithms. The results show that the dynamic performance of the shearer height adjustment system with the whale algorithm for PID parameter tuning has been improved, and it has the advantages of strong generalization ability, low overshoot and high stability.
