摘要
为不断提高部队能打仗打胜仗的能力,实现打赢目标,对教员提出了新的要求。教员自身不仅要具有渊博的装备知识,还要懂作战,掌握基本作战技能,指挥能力要过硬。本文在对"双元"教员素质评价环境分析的基础上,进行了影响教员教学和指挥能力素质相关因素的分析,确立了该教学系统中优势、劣势、机会和威胁的运行关系,为实战化教学的顺利开展提供有力的人才支撑。
In order to continuously improve the army's ability to win battles and achieve the goal of winning battles, new requirements are put forward for teachers. Teachers themselves should not only have profound knowledge of equipment, but also understand combat, master basic combat skills and command ability. Based on the analysis of the environment for evaluating the quality of "dual" teachers, this paper makes an analysis of the relevant factors affecting the quality of teachers' teaching and commanding abilities, establishes the operational relationship among strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the teaching system, and provides strong personnel support for the smooth development of practical teaching.
