参黄降糖胶囊对气阴两虚证2型糖尿病糖脂代谢、胰岛β细胞功能、氧化应激指标的影响

摘要
目的:探究参黄降糖胶囊对气阴两虚证2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢、胰岛β细胞功能、氧化应激指标的影响。方法:300例气阴两虚证2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组患者给予盐酸二甲双胍片内服,观察组患者则在此基础上加用参黄降糖胶囊内服,2周为疗程,连续用药6个疗程。通过评估主要中医证候积分变化评价临床效果,监测糖脂代谢、胰岛β细胞功能、氧化应激指标水平变化。结果:观察组患者有效率90.0%较对照组患者的74.7%显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的主要中医证候积分较对照组降低明显(P<0.05);糖脂代谢改善更为明显,血糖、血脂水平较对照组降低明显(P<0.05);胰岛β细胞功能指标HOMA-β、ISI水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而HOMA-IR、FINS水平则显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血清氧化应激指标SOD、GSH-PX水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而MDA、ROS水平则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参黄降糖胶囊治疗气阴两虚证2型糖尿病患者疗效肯定,利于减轻临床症状,改善糖脂代谢及胰岛β细胞功能,减轻氧化应激损伤,值得临床推广应用。
        Objective: To investigate the influence of Shenhuang Jiangtang Capsule on glucose lipid metabolism, islet beta cell function and oxidative stress indexes for treating deficiency of both vital Qi and Yin syndrome diabetes patients. Methods:A total of 300 cases of type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into a control group of 150 cases and an observation group of 150 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets while those in the observation group were treated with Shenhuang Jiangtang Capsule. Two weeks was a course and there were 6 courses for treatment. The paper focused on comparing the effectiveness, evaluating the main syndromes points, monitoring the changes of glucose lipid metabolism, islet beta cell function and oxidative stress indexes. Results: The efficiency of patients in the observation group was 90.0%, which was higher than the control group's 74.7%(P<0.05). The improvement of main clinical symptoms for the patients in the observation group was better than that for the patients in the control group, and the symptoms scores were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). The improvement of glucose and blood fat levels for the patients in the observation group was better than those for the patients in the control group, and the levels of FPG,2hPG,HbA1 C, TC, TG and LDL-C were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The islet beta cell function levels of HOMA-β and ISI for the patients in the observation group were higher than those for the patients in the control group, and the levels of HOMA-IR and FINS were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The oxidative stress indexes of SOD and GSH-PX were higher than those for the patients in the control group, and the levels of MDA and ROS were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy has good hypoglycemic effect. It can improve the patients' clinical symptoms and reduce the oxidative stress injury, being good to improve the function of glucose lipid metabolism and islet beta cell and worthy of wide application in the clinical practice.
