离子色谱法测定苦卤中硫酸根含量

摘要
建立了苦卤中硫酸根含量的离子色谱测定方法。按照色谱条件使用离子色谱仪分析硫酸根系列标准溶液,建立硫酸根色谱峰的峰面积与质量浓度的标准曲线。将苦卤样品稀释并经过固相萃取钠柱(SPE钠柱)和针式过滤器过滤,按照色谱条件使用离子色谱仪对苦卤样品进行测定,根据苦卤样品硫酸根色谱峰的峰面积,利用标准曲线及样品稀释倍数计算苦卤样品中硫酸根的含量。结果表明,硫酸根质量浓度在0.5~50.0 mg/L标准曲线的线性关系良好,方法检出限为0.13 mg/L;苦卤样品7次平行测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.161%,6次测定的加标回收率为96.68%~99.20%,测定结果的精密度及准确度良好。该方法样品处理简单,分析简便快速,可用于苦卤中硫酸根含量的检测分析。
        An ion chromatography method for determining the sulfate ion content in high concentration bittern was established.According to the chromatographic conditions,the sulfate ion series standard solution was analyzed by ion chromatography to establish a standard curve of peak area and mass concentration of the sulfate ion chromatographic peak.The high concentration bittern sample was diluted and filtered by the solid phase extraction sodium column(SPE-Na column) and needle filtration Filter,the high concentration bittern sample was determined by ion chromatograph according to the chromatographic conditions.The content of sulfate ion in the high concentration bittern was calculated by sulfate peak area of the high concentration bittern,standard curve and sample dilution factor.The results showed that the linear relationship of the standard curve was good with the sulfate ion mass concentration in the range of 0.5~50.0 mg/L,the detection limit was 0.13 mg/L,the relative standard deviation(RSD) of 7 parallel measurements of the high concentration bittern samples was 0.161%,the standard addition recovery of six determinations ranged from 96.68% to 99.20%,the precision and accuracy of the results was good.The method was simple in sample processing and rapid in analysis,and can be used for the detection and analysis of sulfate ion in the high concentration bittern.
