摘要

运用文献资料法等对加拿大、法国、日本三国的滑雪特色小镇建设历程进行研究,总结发现:自然禀赋优越,滑雪文化积淀厚重;基础设施健全,产业关联度高;尊重当地生态特征,形成自身特色,实施差异化经营策略;举办标志性赛事,增强国际影响力;多元主体协同治理,激发小镇建设动力;破解季节性运营难题,创造四季运动休闲小镇是三国滑雪特色小镇建设成功的共性经验。启示:国内滑雪小镇建设应抓住历史机遇,以赛事促发展,打造精品滑雪休闲度假目的地;促进相关产业融合,带动区域协同发展;增强国际竞争意识,制定中长期小镇建设规划;增强小镇居民参与意识,促进滑雪特色小镇的可持续发展。
        Using literature reviews and some other research methods to study the construction process on skiing towns in Canada, France and Japan. The successful construction of three-countries skiing towns have common in terms of these aspects: They all have great natural endowment with deep culture in skiing; the infrastructure is plentiful, industry is highly correlated; the local respect the ecological characteristics, forming their own features and implementing differentiated business strategies; holding landmark events to enhance international influence; multi-subject collaborative manage the town,stimulating motivation of construct; facing the seasonal operating problems, creating four seasons sports and leisure town. Revelation: the construction of domestic skiing towns should seize the historical opportunity, promote the development of competitions, create a boutique skiing resort destination; promote the integration of related industries, promote regional coordinated development; enhance international competition awareness, formulate medium and long-term town construction planning; the residents of the town should participate in the awareness and promote the sustainable development of the skiing town.
