摘要
在实际服役过程中,石油专用管内壁往往被腐蚀产物覆盖,腐蚀产物膜的形成与腐蚀过程密切相关,而腐蚀产物膜的结构与性能又严重影响着管材的进一步腐蚀行为。综述了石油专用管腐蚀产物膜形成机制,重点阐述了影响腐蚀产物膜形成的主要因素、腐蚀产物膜的结构和性能,并简述了石油专用管内防护措施,最后对腐蚀产物膜的研究方向进行了展望。
        In actual service process,the inner walls of petroleum pipes are usually covered by corrosion products.The formation of corrosion scale is closely related to corrosion process,and the structure and properties of corrosion scale affect the corrosion behavior of petroleum pipe seriously.The formation mechanism of corrosion scale on petroleum pipes is reviewed,and the main factors affecting the formation of corrosion scale,the structure and properties of corrosion scale are highlighted.The protection measures for petroleum pipes are briefly described.Finally,the research direction of corrosion scale is prospected.
