摘要
该文设计开发了一种带分支管和多孔整流器的恒功率型热式气体质量流量计,利用传感器测量的温度差来反映管道内流体的质量流量。利用CFD仿真技术对热式气体质量流量计的温度场和流场进行了数值计算。分析结果显示分流道与主流道的质量流量比与平均流速的线性关系良好,得到的流量计流量-温差特性曲线的拐点符合理论预期。通过搭建专门的实验平台对流量计进行实际测试,测试结果显示所开发的热式气体质量流量计性能稳定可靠。
A constant power thermal gas mass flowmete with branch tube and restrictor was designed and developed.The temperature difference measured by the sensor is used to reflect the mass flow of the fluid in the pipeline and its temperature field and flow field were numerically analyzed by CFD. The results show that the flow ratio between the branch pipe and the main pipe is linear with the mean flow rate,and the obtained inflection point of the flowtemperature difference meets the theoretical expectation. The test platform was set up for the test of the flowmeter and the test result proved that the developed gas mass flowmeter has stable and reliable performance.
