摘要
在我国云贵川地区,公路桥梁需要跨越众多深谷,为节约投资,降低施工风险,大跨径的连续刚构梁应运而生,不但解决了施工难题,还提高了我国的基建水准。本案为四川省雅砻江两河口水电站库区复建县道X037线普巴绒特大桥(100+180+100)m预应力混凝土连续刚构施工,重点介绍了连续刚构的高墩顶0#块托梁设计、预压、施工,刚构浇筑;挂篮施工悬臂段;边跨直线段施工;边、中跨合拢段施工以及梁段体系转换。对各施工阶段的施工工艺流程和技术要求进行详细说明,还对连续刚构梁体的施工监测、施工误差分析及后续施工状态预测关键技术进行了阐述。
In Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan area of China, highway bridges need to cross many deep valleys. In order to save investment and reduce construction risks, long-span continuous rigid frame beams have emerged, which not only solves the construction problems, but also improves the infrastructure level in China. Based on the case of the continuous rigid frame construction of the pre-stressed concrete of the Pubarong Bridge(100+180+100) m of the X037 line of the rebuilding county road of the Lianghekou Hydropower Station in Yalong River, Sichuan Province, this paper mainly introduces the design, preloading, construction and rigid pouring of the highrise top 0# block joist in continuous rigid frame; the cantilever section of the hanging basket construction; the construction of the side-span straight section; the construction of the side and middle spans and the transformation of the beam section system. The construction process and technical requirements of each construction stage are described in detail. The key technologies of construction monitoring, construction error analysis and subsequent construction state prediction of continuous rigid frame beam are also described.
