摘要

近年来,高等教育普遍应用现代化教育技术手段,各个高校均建设出了一批适应现代化教育教学需求、满足学习者个性化学习需求的多媒体数字化教学资源。数字化教学资源建设是学校教学建设的重要内容,是学校教育信息化的基础,是实现数字化教学的关键。本文将阐述"互联网+"背景下,数字化学习资源建设中存在的主要问题及建设原则,继而提出相应的解决路径。
        In recent years, modern educational technology has been widely used in higher education, and a number of multimedia digital teaching resources have been constructed in various universities to meet the needs of modern education and teaching, and to meet the needs of learners' individualized learning. The construction of digital teaching resources is an important part of school teaching construction, the basis of school education informatization, and the key to the realization of digital teaching. This article will explain the main problems and principles of the construction of digital learning resources under the background of "Internet +", and then propose corresponding solutions.
