摘要
针对车集煤矿岩巷钻爆法施工时打眼多、装药多、光面爆破效果差、工效底的现状,分析了车集煤矿钻爆法施工时存在的问题及原因,提出了线性聚能光面爆破技术以降低打眼数、装药量,提高光面爆破效果,并分析了线性聚能光面爆破得以实现的原理,同时对线性聚能光面爆破聚能管装药方法、炮眼布置、装药结构、装药量进行了确定。现场试验表明,线性聚能光面爆破技术打眼少、装药少、光面爆破效果好、放炮后抛矸距离短、放炮对设备伤害小、成本底、工效高,取得了较好的爆破效果。
Aiming at the status quo of drilling and blasting method in rock roadway construction of Juji Coal Mine with many holes, multiple charges, poor smooth blasting effect and low working efficiency, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes in the construction of Juji Coal Mine with drilling and blasting method. The technology of linear energy accumulation smooth blasting is proposed to reduce the number of holes and charge amount, improve the effect of smooth blasting, and the principle of realizing linear energy accumulation smooth blasting is analyzed. At the same time, the charge method, blasting hole arrangement, charge structure and charge amount of binding energy tube of linear energy accumulation smooth blasting are determined. Field test shows that linear energy accumulation smooth blasting technology has fewer holes, less charge, good smooth blasting effect, short distance of gangue throwing after blasting, low damage to equipment, low cost and high efficiency, and good blasting effect.
