摘要
本文通过铬铁矿粉配加铬除尘灰生产冷固球团试验研究,测定球团质量,确定铬铁矿粉与铬除尘灰的适宜搭配比例,以及粘结剂的种类和适宜配比。研究表明,在一定的铬铁矿粉和除尘灰配比情况下,填加适宜比例的粘结剂压球,干燥后球团抗压强度可达到1000N以上,1.5米高度自然落下3次-5mm含粉率在4%~9%,满足矿热炉使用要求。
In this paper, by testing the production of cold bonded pellet through combining the chromite ore with chromium dust, the mass of pellets is tested and the appropriate proportion of chromite ore and chromium dust and the type of binder and the appropriate ratio are determined. The results show that under a certain proportion of chromite ore and dust, the appropriate proportion of the binder is added into the ball, the compressive strength of the pellet can be over 1000 N after drying. The powder content of-5 mm is 4% to 9% when falling down 3 times from 1.5 meters. It meets the requirements of submerged arc furnace.
