摘要
采用溶剂萃取对含氟硫酸体系铍浸出液进行铍与氟、铝、铁的高效分离。通过试验得出最佳工艺参数:萃取剂为P204,萃取前需采用亚硫酸钠还原,萃取p H 1.5~2.0,皂化率33%,萃取时间20 min,O/A=3∶2,F/Be O=1,通过六级逆流萃取,Be O萃取率可达到99%以上。
High efficient separation of beryllium,fluorine,aluminum and iron of beryllium leaching solution containing fluorine by solvent extraction was studied. The optimum parameters obtained by tests were as follows: the exacting agent is P204,use sodium sulfite to reduct before extraction,extraction p H is 1. 5 ~ 2. 0,saponification rate 33%,time20 min,O / A 3∶ 2 and F / Beo 1. By six counter current extraction,the extraction rate of Be O can reach 99%.
