云南某含铜黄铁矿浮选工艺研究

摘要
云南某矿山所产含铜黄铁矿,含铜1.05%,含硫31.31%,含铁38.47%,其中主要金属矿物为黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿、黄铜矿。根据矿石特点,采用铜硫混合浮选再分离流程。研究结果表明,在以KY-3为捕收剂,石灰为调整剂的条件下最终获得了铜精矿品位19.21%、回收率82.95%的选矿试验指标。
A copper-containing pyrite from one Yunnan mine,which contains copper 1. 05%,sulfur 31. 31%,iron 38. 47%;the main metal mineral is pyrite,pyrrhotite,copper pyrites. The copper-sulfur bulk flotation and separation flow is adopted according to the ore characteristics. The research results show: under the conditions that KY-3 is the collecting agent,lime is the regulator,finally we can get the test indexes that copper concentrate which grade is 19. 21%,the recovery rate is 82. 95%.
