摘要
广东惠东某含铜白钨矿石WO_3品位1.25%,铜品位0.15%,95.09%的钨以白钨矿的形式存在,硫化铜中的铜占总铜的95.14%。为给该矿石的开发利用提供技术支持,按铜硫混合浮选—白钨浮选原则流程进行条件试验。结果表明,原矿磨矿至-0.074 mm 68%进行1粗2精1扫铜硫混合闭路浮选,可获得铜品位5.13%、回收率93.79%的铜硫混合精矿;以碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、ZL为捕收剂对硫化矿混合浮选尾矿进行1粗2精3扫白钨浮选—精矿1粗2精1扫加温浮选,可得到WO_3品位68.86%、回收率91.58%的白钨精矿,实现铜硫的富集和白钨矿的有效回收,可为该矿石中铜、硫、钨的回收利用提供参考,但仍需进行铜硫混合精矿的分离研究。
        The grade of WO_3 is 0. 125% and Cu is 0. 15% in a Scheelite Containing Copper in Huidong,Guangdong province. 95. 09% of tungsten exists in the form of scheelite,the copper in the copper sulphide accounts 95. 14% of the total copper. In order to provide technical supports for the exploitation and utilization of the ore,condition experiments on the principle process of copper-sulphur bulk flotation-scheelite flotation were conducted. The results showed that at the grinding fineness of-0. 074 mm 68%,via one rough-two cleaning-one scavenging copper-sulphur bulk closed flotation,the copper-sulphur bulk concentrate with Cu grade of 5. 13%,recovery rate of 93. 79% was obtained. Using sodium carbonate as pH regulator,water glass as inhibitor,ZL as collector,bulk flotation tailings one rough-two cleaningthree scavenging scheelite flotation-concentrate one rough-two cleaning-one scavenging heating flotation could obtain the scheelite concentrate with WO_3 grade of 68. 86% and recovery rate of 91. 58 %. The enrichment of copper,sulphur and the effective recovery of scheelite were realized,which could provide references for the recovery and utilization of copper,sulphur and tungsten,but the separation of copper-sulphur bulk concentrate still needs to be researched.
