摘要
开发了160t电炉+50t中频炉双联法生产不锈钢预熔液工艺,实现了高碳铬铁与铬镍生铁分工序熔化,缩短了电炉冶炼时间,实现了电炉、中频炉与AOD节奏匹配;采用电炉+中频炉双联法工艺,开发了钢包内还原电炉渣中Cr_2O_3工艺,提高了铬回收率,降低了电极消耗,与原工艺相比,铬回收率提高2.2%,电极消耗降低0.8 kg/t,降低了不锈钢冶炼成本。
The duplex process consisting of 160 t EAF and 50 t IFF was developed for production of molten stainless steel, which has made the melting of high-carbon ferrochromium and chromium nickel iron in sequence. This method has reduced the smelting time by combined application of electronic furnace, intermediate frequency furnace and AOD.Based on the duplex process, the technology of reduction for Cr_2O_5 from slag in the steel ladle was developed, which has enhanced the chromium yield and reduced the electrode consumption. Compared to the original process, the chromium yield is increased to 2.2% and the consumption of electrode is decreased to 0.8 kg/t, which has significantly reduced the cost for stainless steel smelting.
