摘要
目的:观察双参通脉颗粒对急性心肌缺血大鼠的保护作用。方法:将50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组,分别是对照组、模型组、药物低剂量组、药物中剂量组、药物高剂量组,每组10只。连续灌胃2周后,通过结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支建立急性心肌缺血模型;各组动物分别记录结扎前5min,结扎后5min、1h的心电图,应用生化分析仪测定大鼠血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的含量。结果:与对照组比较,结扎后模型组及药物组ST段均抬高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,药物组CK、CKMB水平有不同程度的下降(P<0.05);不同组切片在光镜下有不同的病理变化。结论:双参通脉颗粒对急性心肌缺血大鼠具有保护作用。
Objective:To observe the protective effect of Shuangshen Tongmai Granule on acute myocardial ischemia in rats.Methods:50 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,10 in each group:The control group,the model group,the drug low dose group,the drug middle dose group,and the drug high dose group.After two weeks of continuous gavage,an acute myocardial ischemia model was established by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery in rats;The animals in each group recorded the electrocardiogram 5 min before ligation and 5 min and 1 hafter ligation.Serum creatine kinase(CK)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)were measured by biochemical analyzer.Results:Compared with the control group,After the ligation,the ST segment of the model group and the drug group were elevated(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the levels of CK and CKMB in the drug group decreased to different extents(P<0.05).Different groups of sections have different pathological changes under light microscopy.Conclusion:Shuangshen Tongmai Granule has protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia in rats.
