摘要
针对煤矿锚索支护存在的问题,对锚索支护时的各参数进行了选择,并对锚索的直径、长度以及强度等进行了取值,通过在大断面工作面开切眼条件下进行的一系列的高强度锚索支护试验以及高预应力试验,设计了较为合理的支护方案。通过实际应用可知,巷道的变形程度减小,受围岩应力的扰动影响不大,极大地提高了巷道的稳定性,为复杂地质条件下的巷道支护设计提供了有价值的参考。
In view of the present mining situation of coal mine, this paper makes a new discussion and understanding on the principle of bolting support, selects the parameters of bolting support, and gives the diameter of anchor cable.The length and strength are selected. Through a series of high strength anchor cable support tests and high prestress tests carried out under the condition of large section face opening and cutting, a more reasonable supporting scheme is designed, and through practical application, it is known that, The deformation degree of roadway is reduced, and the disturbance of surrounding rock stress has little effect on it. The stability of roadway is greatly improved, which is the roadway support under complex geological conditions. The design provides a valuable reference.
