提高选煤厂离心机筛篮耐磨性的技术措施研究

摘要
针对塔山煤矿选煤厂LLL-1200-650B型离心机筛篮耐磨性差、使用周期短等问题,大同煤矿集团机电装备约翰芬雷洗选技术设备有限公司通过技术研究,从筛篮材质、加工工艺、焊接工艺等方面提出若干项提高筛篮耐磨性技术措施。通过实际应用发现,采取改进措施后不仅提高了筛篮使用周期及其耐磨性,而且降低了离心机故障率和煤矿成本费用,保证了煤矿选煤厂安全高效选煤,取得了显著成效。
        Aiming at the problems of poor wear resistance and short service cycle of LLL-1200-650 B centrifuge sieve basket in Tashan Coal Mine preparation Plant, John Finley washing Technology equipment Co., Ltd of Datong Coal Mine Group has passed the technical research, from the screen basket material, Some technical measures to improve wear resistance are put forward in the aspects of machining technology and welding process. Through practical application, it is found that the use period and wear resistance of the sieve basket are not only improved after taking measures, but also the failure rate of centrifuge is reduced, the cost of coal mine is reduced, and the safety and high efficiency of coal preparation in coal preparation plant is guaranteed, and remarkable results are obtained.
