摘要

某中厚板厂加热炉因故障需快速停炉,由于在停炉过程中处置不当,助燃风机停机后煤气窜入空气管道发生回火爆炸,助燃风机出口管道开裂,消音器保温材料脱落,停产的3#加热炉空气预热器入口阀门损坏,相临厂房玻璃震碎,属于一起较严重的生产安全事故。通过事故原因分析,提出了预防和改进措施。
        A reheating furnace of medidum and heavy plate mill needs emergency stop due to failure.But during the furnace stop operation,coal gas escapes into air piping due to improper operation, resulting in backfire explosion,the outlet pipe rupture of combustion fan,spalling of silencer insulation material,inlet valve damage of No.3 reheating furnace air preheater,glass breaking of adjacent works building,which belongs to a severe production safety accident.Preventive and corrective measures are raised by analysing the causes of the accident.
