张怀亮教授三焦辨证新论

摘要
三焦有部位三焦及六腑三焦之分,部位三焦是从部位上而言的,分为上焦、中焦和下焦,六腑三焦是六腑之一的三焦,它是人体津液、元气、相火运行的通道,是气化的重要场所。吴鞠通根据部位三焦创立了三焦辨证,主要用于温病的辨治,他将疾病分为上焦病、中焦病和下焦病,不仅揭示了温病由上到下的传变规律,还对临证选方用药具有很强的指导意义。张怀亮教授根据六腑三焦创立了新型的三焦辨治体系,该体系注重六腑三焦通道的畅通,治疗上以宣达饮(柴胡、黄芩、半夏、陈皮、枳实、竹茹、茯苓、当归、丹参、炙甘草、生姜、大枣)为基础方,同时兼顾相关脏腑功能而加减变化,通过治疗力求三焦气化的正常进行,临床主要用于辨治内伤杂病。
The tri-jiao includes Buwei tri-jiao and Six fu tri-jiao,Buwei tri-jiao is from the location,it is divided into upper Jiao,middle Jiao and lower Jiao.Six fu tri-jiao is one of the six organs.It is channel for human body fluids,Yuan Qi and Xiang fire,and is important places for gasification.WU Jutong founded syndrome differentiation of triple energizer according to the Buwei tri-jiao,mainly used in the treatment of epidemic febrile disease.He divided the disease into upper,middle and lower focal diseases,which not only revealed the law of change from the upper to the lower,but also had a strong guiding significance for the drug use.Professor ZHANG Huailiang created a new syndrome differentiation system based on the Six fu tri-jiao,The system focuses on the smooth passage of the Six fu tri-jiao's channel,the treatment is based on the prescription of the Xuanda Yin(Bupleurum,Scutellaria baicalensis,Pinellia ternate,tangerine peel,Fructus aurantii Immaturus,bamboo rutting,Poria cocos,Angelica sinensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Zingiber officinale,Ziziphus jujuba Mill).At the same time,the function of the viscera was taken care of,and the gasification of Triple Energizer was carried out normally through treatment,mainly used in clinical treatment of miscellaneous diseases.
