摘要
目的探讨脑肿瘤卒中与脑出血的CT诊断及鉴别诊断效果分析。方法选择从2017年1月至2017年12月收治的脑肿瘤卒中患者50例纳入研究(脑肿瘤卒中组),另选取同时间段收治的高血压脑出血患者50例纳入研究(高血压脑出血组)。两组均接受CT检查诊断,并作比较分析。结果脑肿瘤卒中组的出血量为(13.20±2.15)mL,明显低于高血压脑出血组(t=42.9174,P=0.0000);脑肿瘤卒中组的BF为(24.20±10.15)mL/100 g,明显低于高血压脑出血组(t=12.1542,P=0.0000);脑肿瘤卒中组的BV为(0.70±0.15)mL/100 g,明显低于高血压脑出血组(t=23.5691,P=0.0000);脑肿瘤卒中组的PS为(0.92±0.35)mL/100 g,明显低于高血压脑出血组(t=25.4868,P=0.0000)。结论 CT诊断方法可以作为脑肿瘤卒中与高血压脑出血的检查诊断方法,且脑出血的CT鉴别诊断效果更高。
Objective To investigate the CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cerebral apoplexy and cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Fifty patients with cerebral tumor apoplexy admitted from January 2017 to December 2017 were included in the study(cerebral tumor apoplexy group), and another 50 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted in the same period were included in the study(hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage group). CT examination was performed in both groups for diagnosis and comparative analysis. Results The blood loss in the stroke group was(13.20±2.15) m L, which was significantly lower than that in the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage group(t=42.9174, P=0.0000). The BF of the stroke group was(24.20±10.15) m L/100 g, which was significantly lower than that of the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage group(t=12.1542, P=0.0000). The BV of the stroke group was(0.70±0.15) m L/100 g, significantly lower than that of the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage group(t=23.5691, P=0.0000). The PS of the stroke group was(0.92±0.35) m L/100 g, significantly lower than that of the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage group(t=25.4868, P=0.0000). Conclusion CT diagnosis method can be used for the examination and diagnosis of cerebral apoplexy and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
