深圳市某区EV71疫苗接种情况与手足口病发病率分析

摘要
目的分析深圳市某区EV71疫苗接种和手足口病(Hand, foot and mouth disease,HFMD)发病的情况,为该区EV71疫苗接种及更好地防控手足口病提供参考依据。方法对该区2014—2017年手足口病发病特征及2016年9月—2018年8月EV71疫苗接种情况进行描述性分析。结果该区2014—2017年手足口病累计报告发病数61 619例,报告发病数呈逐年下降趋势;布吉和龙岗街道手足口病累计发病28 857例,占全区病例数的46.83%;2016年9月—2018年8月该区累积报告接种EV71疫苗211 865人次,接种第1剂次121 795人次,接种第2剂次90 056人次。结论深圳市某区手足口病发病有明显的季节、区域和人群特点,应加强在易感季节对易感人群的宣教和防护工作;加强对EV71疫苗的宣传,提高其接种率。
        Objective To analyze the situation of enterovirus 71(EV71) vaccine inoculation and the incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) in a district of Shenzhen City, so as to provide a reference for improving EV71 vaccine inoculation and the prevention and control of HFMD. Methods The characteristics of the onset of HFMD from 2014 to2018 and the status of EV71 vaccine inoculation from 2016 to 2018 were investigated and descriptively analyzed in this district. Results Totally 61 619 HFMD cases were reported in this district from 2014 to 2017 and the ases declined year by year. A total of 28 857 cases were reported in Longgang and Buji streets, which accounted for 46.83% of all the cases of the whole district. A total of 211 865 doses of enterovirus vaccine were administered in the district from September 2016 to August 2018, and 121 795 doses were administered in the first immunization schedule and 90 056 doses were administered in the second immunization schedule. Conclusion The incidence of HFMD shows obvious characteristics of the season, region and occupation, and therefore, the targeted health education should be enhanced to protect the susceptible population during the dangerous period.
