新生儿X线检查固定防护架设计与临床应用

摘要
介绍一种应用于新生儿X线检查固定防护架以及该固定防护架的临床应用。本固定防护架主要由底板、固定机构、会阴部托架、腰带、手臂固定带组成,其中,固定机构包括头部固定架、胸腔固定架和下肢固定带,通过底板、头部固定架、胸腔固定架、下肢固定带、腰带和手臂固定带的作用,可以很好的将新生儿进行固定。实践证明:固定防护架用于防止新生儿进行不合作动作,从而方便X线投照检查,在胸腔固定架与下肢固定带之间增设会阴部托架,能防止新生儿X线投照检查固定防护架处于立位时,其上的新生儿下滑坠落。该固定防护架使得新生儿X线投照检查可以很好的满足立卧两用,而且安全性高。
This paper introduces a kind of fixed protective frame for X-ray examination of newborn and its clinical application. The protective frame is mainly composed of a base plate,a fixation mechanism,a perineal bracket,a belt and an arm fixation band,inside. The fixation includes head fixation,chest fixation and lower limb fixation.The function of using base plate,head fixation,chest fixation,lower limb fixation,belt and arm fixation band,it's a good way to stabilize a newborn. The protective frame are used to prevent noncooperative movements of newborns,to facilitate X-ray screening. The addition of a perineal bracket between the chest fixation and lower limb fixation can prevent the baby from falling down when the neonatal X-ray examination of the fixed cage is in position. This protective frame allows X-ray screening of newborns to be performed in a good manner for both purposes and with high safety.
