晋中市防雷业务管理平台设计与应用

摘要
针对防雷业务服务中存在的资质管理不到位、技术水平不规范、财务制度执行不严格等管理问题,介绍了晋中市防雷业务管理平台的设计思路和实现技术,并对平台的主要功能和管理流程进行了说明。该平台应用于晋中市防雷服务机构,实现了对全市防雷业务服务前置式介入管理,强化了管控能力,提高了工作效率。
In order to solve the question of qualification management in lightning protection business services, such as the qualification management lacking, technological level lacking of standardization, financial regulations, the article described the design thought and implementation technique of lightning protection business management platform, put forward to the frame, and illustrated the major function. The management platform applied in Lightning protection services in Jinzhong city demonstrated that it realized the preposed interventional management, promted the capacity of management and control, improved the work efficiency.
