摘要
以乳白色花的超级80天菜心和黄花的坡头70天油青菜心为材料,获得P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2、BC_1和BC_1′6世代材料,研究菜薹乳白色花的遗传规律,并测定2种花色菜薹的VC、可溶性糖、纤维素、蛋白质等主要营养成分含量。同时,以大白菜瓣化型细胞质不育系为母本与菜薹杂交,开展菜薹瓣化型细胞质不育系转育研究。结果表明,菜薹黄花对乳白色花为显性,乳白色花由1对隐性等位基因控制;在F_2中发现了1株同时具有黄花和乳白色花分枝花序、同花序2种颜色花朵以及同花朵2种颜色花瓣的嵌合体。超级80天菜心的蛋白质含量极显著高于坡头70天油青菜心,可溶性糖、纤维素含量显著高于坡头70天油青菜心,水分、VC含量与坡头70天油青菜心差异不显著。菜薹瓣化型细胞质不育系18NBCC的花瓣为复花瓣,花药和花丝严重退化,变成瓣化状花瓣,但蜜腺正常,不育株率和不育度均为100%。
Taking 'Chaoji80tiancaixin' with milky white color flower and 'Potou70 tianyouqingcaixin' with yellow color flower as materials.The populations of P_1,P_2,F_1,F_2,BC_1 and BC_1′were used to study the heredity rule of milky white color petal in flowering Chinese cabbage [Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis(L.)var. utilis Tsen et Lee].The paper also determined contents of VC,soluble sugar,cellulose and protein of 2 parents.Moreover,flowering Chinese cabbage as male parent was crossed with a new petaloid cytoplasmic male sterility of Chinese cabbage as female parent to conduct a study on new CMS line.Results showed that milky white color petal was controlled by pairs of recessive genes compared with yellow color petal.But,a chimera with milky white and yellow color in different branches of the same plant,in different flowers of same branches,also in different petals of same flowers in the F2 progeny were found.Results of nutrition comparison showed that content of protein in 'Chaoji80 tiancaixin' were extremely significantly higher than that of 'Potou70 tianyouqingcaixin',contents of soluble sugar and cellulose in 'Chaoji80 tiancaixin' were significantly higher than those of 'Potou70 tianyouqingcaixin',and there were no differences in contents of water and VC between these 2 parents.Until now,'Potou70 tianyouqingcaixin'was backcrossed with a new petaloid cytoplasmic male sterility of Chinese cabbage for the second time.18 NBCC,a new petaloid cytoplasmic male sterility in flowering Chinese cabbage was created.It had two circles of petals.Anthers and filaments were petaloid and nectar was normal.Male sterile plant percentage and sterile degree were all 100%.
