论阳和汤“以消为贵,以托为畏”的制方思想与拓展应用

摘要
针对阳和汤主治病机、功用、君药的传统认识,文章首先从"以消为贵,以托为畏"探究阳和汤的制方思想,回归其制方本意,即阴疽的病机要点是气血虚寒凝滞、阴疽的治法要义为阳和通腠兼温补气血、阳和汤的君药是麻黄、肉桂、炮姜。继而从临床应用角度介绍阳和汤异病同治、加减化裁的思路和方法。
In view of the traditional understanding of the pathogenesis, function and chief herb of Yanghe Decoction, the article first explored the compatibility thought of Yanghe Decoction from the idea of 'to dissipate is praiseworthy, while to induce is respectable'. Thus, it specified the main pathogenesis point of cellulitis was the deficiency of qi and blood as well as cold-deficiency stagnation; the treatment law was to open the striated layer and warm both qi and blood besides tonifying them; the chief herb in Yanghe Decoction was mahuang, rougui and paojiang. And then from the perspective of clinical application of Yanghe Decoction, we introduced the ideas and methods of same treatment on different diseases and its modifications.
