企业自主创新能力研究综述

摘要
中国正处于转型经济背景下,面临的竞争日益激烈,自主创新对增强企业核心竞争力的作用日益凸出,提升自主创新能力已经成为中国企业面临的迫切问题。本研究通过对国内相关文献的梳理,对企业的自主创新能力的概念、前因、评价指标和提升策略展开述评。
China is in the context of a transitional economy, and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The role of independent innovation in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises has become increasingly prominent. Improving the ability of independent innovation has become an urgent issue for Chinese companies. This study reviews the concepts, antecedents, evaluation indicators and promotion strategies of independent innovation capabilities of enterprises through the combing of relevant domestic literature.
