摘要

我国软件行业的发展呈现东高西低的显著差异,西部地区在经济发展区位上长期处于劣势,软件产业属于知识密集行业,西部地区在软件人才储备、师资资源上极度匮乏,本文研究在校企合作的模式下如何构建软件人才培养的实践教学体系,探索在资源有限条件下如何提升西部高校人才培养能力。
        The development of software industry in China presents the significant differences of east west high low,the western region in the long-term at a disadvantage on regional economic development, the software industry belongs to knowledge intensive industry, the western region in the software talent reserves, was a terrible shortage of teacher resources,this paper studies how to build software in university-enterprise cooperation mode of talent training practice teaching system,explore under the condition of limited resources how to improve personnel training in colleges and universities in western China.
