摘要

实践教学环节是培养应用型人才的重要途径,校企合作是应用型本科人才培养的主流模式,立足于应用型本科院校人才培养定位的特点,结合深化校企合作产学研联合的教育趋势,论文分析了校企合作实践教学普遍存在的问题,并针对此类问题提出了相关的建议,以促进人才实践能力培养模式的健全与完善。
        Practical teaching is an important way to realize applied talent cultivation, the school-enterprise cooperation has become the mainstream mode of applied undergraduate talent training. Based on the characteristics of talent training orientation in applied undergraduate colleges, combining with the education trend of industry-university-research cooperation between colleges and enterprises, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some relevant suggestions on the basis of introducing the current situation of the practice teaching of school-enterprise cooperation, so as to improve and perfect the practical ability training mode.
