微信平台在断指再植患者延续护理服务中的应用

摘要
目的研究微信平台在断指再植术后患者护理延伸服务中的应用。方法选取我院手外科收治的120例断指再植患者作为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组。对照组患者采用常规的健康教育及出院后电话随访护理服务;研究组在常规健康教育及随访的基础上使用微信平台给予延续护理服务。结果出院后经过3个月的微信平台延续护理服务,研究组患者再植手指功能评分高于对照组,t=13.72,P<0.00;干预后,研究组康复知识分量表评分高于对照组,t=31.40,P<0.00。结论微信平台在断指再植术患者护理延伸服务中具有良好的临床应用价值,值得临床上进一步推广。
Objective To study the application of We Chat platform in Extended Nursing replantation in Patients with Finger Replantation.Methods 120 cases of finger replantation patients were selected as the research object in our hospital. The research group was used the We Chat platform to provide extended nursing service on the basis of routine health education and follow-up. Results The score of replantation finger function in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=13.72, P<0.00). The score of the rehabilitation knowledge subscale of the study group was higher than that of the control group(t=31.40, P<0.00).Conclusion We Chat platform has good clinical application value in the nursing extension service for patients with finger replantation. It is worth further promotion in clinical practice.
